Enabling a team in Salesforce gives employees from different departments that work on mutual cases more flexibility. To enable Account Teams, simply navigate to the Account Teams setup page and tick the box Accounts Teams Enabled option → hit Save. Choose an account layout and set up the team roles. Add yourself and other users to the team, define your added users' access level, and finish the setup process. Please visit this page to get more details on enabling a team.
